LANDSCAPE MANAGER LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER. This position is based out of our Palm Beach, FL location.

Our LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER seeks a candidate with a background and work-related experience in all phases of lawn maintenance & landscape services. Must have experience in managing landscaping accounts in commercial landscaping companies. Must be hands-on and have a clean Florida driver's license. The Account Manager will fully own and manage an account as the single source of accountability.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties include:

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your account to ensure that your crews and customers' needs are always addressed.
• Supervise a 14 member landscaping crew, making sure your crew performs a quality job.
• Interacting with homeowners, and attending work orders and requests. Being the link between homeowners, landscape crew and the property manager.
• Strong steward-leadership qualities - you are not afraid to jump in and help wherever help is needed with an ample dose of humility (i.e., no task is beneath you).
• Excellent communication skills – being proactive is your number one goal, whether with the customer or your crew members.
• To ensure quality, provide excellent organization management, leadership, and communication between the customer and our teams.
• Identify and communicate resources needed to complete the job.
• Oversee landscape maintenance crews and Irrigation technicians for your account.
• Meet with customers regarding work orders or concerns.
• Communicate with the Property manager daily.
• Create reports in Word and excel
• Drive the crew to the account location and back to the facility.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscaping maintenance experience as a manager required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Bilingual Spanish and English ( a plus)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Florida Plant Materials and Turf
• Clean Florida Driver's License. Ability to drive a dump truck and trailer
• Work Order Response
• Estimating
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (summer months)

Job is full time- Pay : $63000 to 65000/ year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
